Any benefit to doing a full AMD build?

Doing my first pc build, currently have the 9800x3d CPU, AMD claims it’s better to pair it with an AMD GPU but I’m concerned it’s just marketing. Currently have a 1080ti paired with it (gifted to me) My plan is to run that combo until the next gen of games require more VRAM to where I’m required to upgrade. Just wanted to ask if anyone who went full AMD if there really is any benefit or not. Also I’m open to hearing suggestions of what combo works decently, I’m aware money plays a role in this but just like hearing anecdotal evidence to justify what my next purchase should be. Thanks !

Missing badges on mirage??

A few months ago I finally achieved a 20 kill game and 4k damage game however when I went back to main menu my game crashed and I didn't get any of the badges?! I have photo proof and everything but live chat was utterly useless. I earned these badges and still don't have them?!

I've tried contacting ea support MULTIPLE times but keep getting the same rubbish back. They say "can't validate data" ,even though the photo of proof is literally RIGHT THERE, but will never EVER elaborate on it due to them supposedly not be aloud to because of the "rules".

Didn't loads of pros, content creators etc. Etc. Get there ranked badges back that they lost due to that glitch last season?! Am I just not important enough for them to care that i put hours upon hours into this game and when I finally hit a 20 bomb they spit in my face and wont even try to restore them.

I am on xbox if this affects anything, appreciate any help! Hopefully someone can be more useful then the shit-hole that is ea support.
